UBA Customer Fulfilment Centre is a 24/7 customer interactive centre that is a ‘one stop shop’ for financial and business services information and is also a crucial link between UBA customers and the Bank.
It offers seamless interaction with our customers through multiple channels of inbound, telephone, email, and social media. The objective of UBA customer fulfilment centre is to consistently offer unparallel and exceptional service excellence to all existing and prospective UBA customers for enquiries, requests, and any queries channelled through it. It also serves as a medium for receiving recommendations and feedback from customers.
UBA existing customers and prospective customers can access banking service support through our multiple Customer Fulfilment Centre communication channels.
