Tanzania’s top-level managers will meet in Dar es Salaam next week to discuss the future of marketing.
As the Tanzania market is rapidly growing to digital maturity, the goal of #EskimiTalks event is, first of all, to create a hub for local professionals to share their visions, insights, and experiences, says Vytas Paukstys, CEO of Eskimi.
On the speakers' list, there are such well-known and influential names as Joe Bendera from Barclays Bank, Michael Modi from AIM Group Tanzania, Sackry Papillon from OgilvyOne Worldwide, Semu Bandora, Binary by Aggrey & Clifford, Vitalija Garifulina from Eskimi.
Eskimi launched its first campaign for Tanzania in 2013. “Over the past few years, working on pan- African and local campaigns, we acquired solid market knowledge; combining that knowledge with experiences from more digitally advanced markets like Nigeria, Kenya, and South Africa, we are trying to project and spot the trends of the development of online advertising,” the CEO said.
#EskimiTalks was launched only this year, but already was held in Nairobi (Kenya), twice in Lagos (Nigeria) and in Dhaka (Bangladesh). “These events receive huge interest in all markets without exceptions, so we see, how they’re important and needed”, comments V.Paukstys.
