Complementing the government move to foster country’s economic transformation, an American Christian mission, Kingdom Leadership Institute (KLI) has agreed will construct a Business centre that will be used to train young energetic Tanzanians on business, marketing and entrepreneurship.
The construction of Joseph Business School (JBS) a well-known college in Chicago is a great opportunity to majority of young people in the country as it will help them to acquire knowledge, exchange programmes and experience to tape the social and economic goals, said Dr Augustine Mahiga the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation during the 2017 Kingdom Economic Summit together with National prayer breakfast in Dar es Salaam.
Dr Mahiga noted that through such college a few selected Tanzanians will have an opportunity to go to Chicago, United States (US) for training on business and other entrepreneurship courses. “they will later become trainers also after they complete the studies in Chicago.
The aim for this is to equip fellow Tanzanians to become more competent in the areas of business and economy to transform our national economic status,” he added.
He pointed out that the business school will start with nine months courses, thereafter they will expand their courses enabling Tanzanians to obtain quality business training that will enable to get employment or to become entrepreneurs or business people.
On his part, Dr Bill Winston an American visionary leader, successful Businessman, founder and senior pastor of Living Word Christian Centre and founder and president of the nationally accredited Joseph Business School (JBS) will finance the refurbishment of JBS facility in the country to empower and train young Tanzanians on issues of business and entrepreneurship.
